I LOVE MUSKOKA CHRYSLER! I was in car sales for almost four years at Jim Wilson Chevrolet. Started in November 2016. At this time I was able to meet Steve Ferguson. We got along well and kept in touch over the years. I recently decided to trade my 2019 Subaru WRX (childhood dream car) to jump into a truck. I have been involved in too many reno's, projects and work around the yard and it was getting very difficult to continue to baby my car... I sent some ideas over to Steve and within a couple of hours he sent me some truck options and a very fair trade value for my car and was able to keep within my monthly budget. I am very happy with my new truck and would be very happy to recommend Steve Ferguson and Muskoka Chrysler to anyone. Steve has gone above and beyond before and after this transaction and I cannot thank him enough.

Huge shout out to the Service Center led by Jeff Amodeo. We were traveling from Sudbury to Toronto on a Friday afternoon in June. We stopped for fuel and our Ram 1500 did not start back up. A nice gentleman had a remote battery jump that started the truck. As we continued to travel south, my wife called the closest Chrysler dealerships to have the truck looked at. The first one, said they could not diagnose our vehicle that day. The next dealer on my wife's list was Muskoka Chrysler. My wife was told if we could get there by 3:30 pm, they could at least diagnose the check engine light. We arrived slightly after 3 pm and Jeff's technicians determined that battery had shorted out. Jeff's staff was able to replace with a new battery and 45 minutes later we were on our way to Toronto. Thank you for making travelers from Wisconsin a priority.

Dave Poland is simply the best guy! From our first interaction with him to finding the right truck for us, we knew that Dave had our backs and we could trust him with our purchase! Dave was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable -- he always gave us great advice when we asked and you could tell he wanted to genuinely give you the best choices. He turned what could've been a stressful experience for a young couple in their 20s into a really awesome experience. We joked with Dave that he's like a cool grandpa -- reliable, wise, and trustworthy. He even took the time to teach us all about the controls in our RAM, 30 minutes past closing time! Hats off to Nicole! This was the most enjoyable experience I’ve had while purchasing a vehicle. This was my 3rd Dodge/Ram and by far the smoothest, quickest and extraordinarily friendly exchange I’ve ever had at a dealership. Nicole made me feel like a friend immediately - very down to earth and trustworthy. (Also very Muskoka-esque, first offered us a vehicle to drive in, but when we declined, she walked in the freezing cold across the whole dang lot just so we could browse some trucks). My accounting process with Kelly and Eric were equally efficient and informative, and every question and concern I had was answered promptly. I can tell their internal communication is top notch since Kelly had started the process before she left for holidays and Eric seamlessly picked up right where she left off. Everyone accommodated my busy work schedule and would stay late/come in early/on days off. 10/10, I’d recommend this location to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.
